The Legostaevsky Reserve is a state biological reserve of regional importance, located in the eastern part of the Iskitimsky District of the Novosibirsk Region of Russia . The area is 30 900 ha. Established in 1974.

Content
Location
The environmental object is located in the right bank of Birdi in the east of Iskitim district. The territory of the reserve is bordered by the Legostaevsky village council , the villages of Ust-Chem and Mosty .
Security Objects
Legostaevsky reserve is organized for an unlimited period in order to preserve the natural state of the objects and natural complexes of the Priobskoy foothill plain.
Such animals as roe deer, elk, gray marmot, river beaver, hare, Siberian weasel, light polecat, badger, bear, ermine, wood grouse, grouse birds are protected on the territory of the reserve; d.)
Provides for the preservation of sub-forest forests with formations of prisalair blackened taiga, pine forest plantations and areas of forest-steppe, elements of the xerophytic stony steppe along the slopes of the spurs [1] [2] .
