Bolshaya Indra is the upper lake in the Tavdinsky urban district of the Sverdlovsk region , Russia , and the second largest in the Sverdlovsk region.

Geographical position
The lake is located 17.5 kilometers north-east of the village of Tormoli 1st , in the north-eastern part of the Indra bog, west of the village of Indra . The lake with an area of 33.4 km², 8.5 km wide, with a water level of 62.4 meters, is the second largest in the Sverdlovsk region after the Pelymsky Tuman lake [2] .
Description
The lake has no surface runoff. The coast is swamped. In the vicinity of the lake there are forests. Pike , crucian carp , chebak , perch , and waterfowl nest in the lake. The largest crucian is found in the Sverdlovsk region [2] .
First mentioned in the works of the Russian researcher Peter Andreevich Slovtsov [2] .
