Mikhail Illarionovich Dvoryakov (born January 2, 1950 , Mogilyov , Belarusian SSR ) - Belarusian cycling coach, master of sports of the USSR , honored coach of the BSSR (1984). Head of the department of cycling, speed skating and equestrian sports at the Belarusian State University of Physical Culture since 1993, assistant professor . Chairman of the Belarusian Cycling Federation (1999-2006), now the first deputy chairman. Judge of the highest national category.
