Marcelino Nguema Onguene ( Spanish : Marcelino Nguema Onguene [1] ; born in Equatorial Guinea ) - Ombudsman in Equatorial Guinea [2] , served as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea [3] .

Biography
Marcelino Nguema Ongene was born in Equatorial Guinea . He came to the USSR to get higher education and entered the Russian Peoples' Friendship University. Patrice Lumumba at the Faculty of Medicine, choosing the direction - "General Medicine". He completed his studies and became a graduate of the university in 1979 [4] .
After graduation, he went back to Equatorial Guinea. He served as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation [3] .
He advocated the development of Soviet-equatorine relations and the strengthening of friendship between the two countries [5] .
In October 2013, Marcelino Ngema Ongene had a car accident in Mongomo and was taken to hospital [2] . In the fall of 2013, he resigned as Minister of Foreign Affairs, which he held for many years in the government of Theodoro Obiang Ngema Mbasogo and was appointed the second Secretary General, who is responsible for finance and economics [6] .
In 2014, he was appointed Ombudsman of Equatorial Guinea , as the person who is best suited to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens of the country [7] . He took the oath during the closing ceremony of the second session of parliament that same year. [8]
