Biography
Born in 1932. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1953 - on economic, social and political work. In 1953 - 2006 - at Soviet and party work in the Sverdlovsk region, chairman of the Kamensky district executive committee, first secretary of the Kamensky district committee of the CPSU of the Sverdlovsk region, second secretary of the North Ossetian regional committee of the CPSU, at party work in the Perm region, chairman of the board of the State labor savings banks of the USSR, chairman of the board of Sberbank of the USSR, Chairman of the Board of several commercial banks, member of the economic department of the Association of Private Investors.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 7th and 10th convocations.
Lives in Moscow.
