Biography

Bartek Sam Sakaj was born in Uganda . For higher education, he came to the Soviet Union and entered the Russian University of Peoples' Friendship. Patrice Lumumba. In 1977, he completed his studies and became a graduate of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba . Over time, he took up the post of ambassador of Uganda to the Russian Federation [1] .

As of 2005, he holds the position of Chargé d'affaires ai of Uganda in Russia [3] [4] [5] .

On September 2, 2008, Bartek Sakaj took part in an official meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and the delegation of Uganda, headed by Alfred Nnam, who holds the post of director of the Department of Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the African Republic [6] .

Bartek Sam Sakaj was included in the International Committee, which was entrusted with the preparation for the celebration and organization of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in accordance with Rector’s Order No. 226 of March 31, 2009 [7] .
