Accidents and accidents
- On June 26, 1994, a Douglas C-47A aircraft (C-FROD registration number), flying a cargo flight from Trout Lake Airport to Fort Simpson, crashed on the way to the destination airport due to a lack of fuel in the tanks. There were two crews on board, no one was seriously injured [3] .
