Agirov, Aslan Khangireevich

Aslan Agirov was born on May 20, 1948 , in the aul of Ulyap , Krasnogvardeysky district of the Adygei autonomous region (now the Republic of Adygea ) in a peasant family.

• In 1974 he graduated from the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute .
• From 1974 to 1979 - chief physician of the Teuchezhsky district sanitary and epidemiological station.
• Since 1979 - chief physician of the Adygei regional sanitary epidemiological station,
• In 1985 he defended his thesis on the topic "Epidemiology and ways to prevent brucellosis in people in the foci of cattle in the Adygei Autonomous Region in connection with the industrialization of animal husbandry."
• Since 1992 - Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance in the Republic of Adygea.
• In 1995 he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic "Improving the scientific foundations of the organization and management of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in modern conditions." The work was done in the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor Research Institute of Hygiene. F.F. Erisman under the leadership of Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A.I. Potapov .
• Since 2005 - Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, Chief State Sanitary Doctor for the Republic of Adygea.
• He heads the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Republic of Adygea.

Labor Activity

For 44 years of work in the sanitary epidemiological service of Adygea A.Kh. Agirov prepared and published about 200 scientific articles, monographs, brochures and teaching aids, created a clear and consistent system of training and advanced training and certification of personnel, introduced a systematic approach to organizing activities, economically and morally substantiated management methods. With his assistance, models of end results, criteria for their evaluation were developed, the functions of the service activity were optimized, and the form of remuneration based on the final result was first applied in the public sector. An accredited testing laboratory center and an inspection body are functioning at the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in RA. The accreditation area allows solving all the tasks of the Republic of Adygea in this area. ^[1] He was the chairman of the interdepartmental commission for the coordination of the activities of executive bodies exercising control and supervisory functions in the Republic of Adygea.

since 1985, deputy of the City Council, since 1992 - deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Adygea of ​​the first convocation. He was secretary of the Political Council of the Adyghe regional branch of the party "United Russia".
