Biography
In military service since 1977, member of the CPSU . In 1981 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs with a gold medal, in 1986-1993 he served in the Navoi city of the Uzbek SSR as head of physical training for special forces of military unit 6642, in 1994 - with a gold medal from the Military Engineering Academy named after V.V. Kuibyshev , in 2005 - with honors from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation . He served in the Main Command of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia , in the Central Regional Command of the Internal Troops . In 2009, he served as chief of staff - first deputy commander of the troops of the Siberian Regional Command of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
From May 2010 to October 2013 - Chief of Staff - First Deputy Commander of the North-West Regional Command of the Russian Ministry of the Interior [2] . He participated in hostilities in the North Caucasus , being appointed chief of staff in November 2011 - first deputy commander of the OGV (s) for counter-terrorism operations in the North Caucasus region of the Russian Federation of the Russian Interior Ministry [3] . Then, by decree of November 9, 2011, he was awarded the military rank of lieutenant general [4] . After returning from the North Caucasus, he returned to his former post.
