Biography

Born July 3, 1958 in Poyarkovo. Educated at the Moscow State Institute of Cinematography and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation . In 1983 she was hired by the GPB and worked until 1991. In 1991 she was admitted to the Office of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation and worked until 1993, was transferred to the Office of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and was elected director of the Parliamentary Library of the Russian Federation , where she worked until 2005, after which she was elected head of the library funds department and still works there.

Scientific work

The main scientific works are devoted to information technology, information support of legislative activity and the history of parliamentarism. The author of a number of scientific papers.
