The Nikolsky ditch is a small river in the urban district of Balashikha , the right tributary of the Chechera . It got its name from the dacha village of Nikolsko-Arkhangelsk [1] . The length of the river is 5-6 km, the width near the mouth is one meter [2] . The upper reaches are filled up, the watercourse is partially removed into the underground collector . The source was located in a swampy area east of the Reutovo railway station . In the open channel, the watercourse passes the Nikolo-Arkhangelskoye cemetery and Saltykovsky forest park . On the territory of the forest park, a pond flows through Blyudechkin and further along the administrative border of the city of Moscow , 500 meters north of the industrial zone of Rudnevo. It flows into Checher west of the Feninsky cemetery [2] [3] .
