The State University of Feira de Santana ( Port. Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana , abbreviation UEFS ) is a public institution of higher education in Brazil , in the city of Feira de Santana ( Bahia ). Until 1990, it was the only university in the city. It was founded on May 31, 1976.
