Born into a family of Greek immigrants [7] .
He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor of arts degree (1986) and Harvard Law School with a doctorate in law (1989) [5] .
Career
In 1989–1992, he served as Legal Secretary of Judge Clarence Thomas in the US Court of Appeals for the District of Colombia and the US Supreme Court , as well as Judge in the Court of Appeals for the Third District of the USA [6] .
