Open festival of television companies in the Moscow region "Bratina" is an annual festival founded in 1997 on the initiative of Moscow television companies. The festival program includes: a competition of television works in nominations, open viewing of competitive and non-competitive works, seminars, master classes, thematic television bridges between cities, sightseeing, cultural, sports programs, creative meetings with famous journalists, directors, cameramen, public and political figures, actors of the theater, cinema.

- The president of the festival is the general director of TKKF Tonus LLC, the honored press worker of the Moscow region, the chairman of the Assembly of Honorary Citizens of the Sergiev Posad municipal district Sergey Evgenievich Bokov.

Festival Symbol
The symbol of the festival is a large stylized brother , who in ancient times in Russia was used at fraternal feasts, symbolizing trust, friendship and brotherhood. It is made of linden by woodcarver Oleg Mironov in 1997.
Festival Prizes
Grand Prix of the Governor of the Moscow Region . The main prize of the festival, awarded since 2001 for the best work of all nominations. This brother is different from others in size and additional symbolism, it depicts the coat of arms of the Moscow region. The Grand Prix is awarded personally by the Governor or his representative.
Prize brothers. They are awarded to the winners in the competitive part of the festival. These brothers are awarded exclusively to television broadcasters.
- From 1997 to 2006 prize brothers were wooden. They were made by master carver Lev Bryukhanov at the Bogorodsk factory of artistic woodcarving (Sergiev Posad district, Bogorodskoye settlement). On the prize cups the silhouette of the symbol of the city of Sergiev Posad - the Trinity-Sergius Lavra and the emblem of KKF "Tonus", the main organizer - a bear with an accordion were carved.
- From 2007 to 2013 prize brothers were decorated with carvings of symbols or emblems of cities in which the festival was held.
- From 2014 to 2016 prize brothers were porcelain. They were produced by the masters of LLC Galaxy and Company (Gzhel porcelain manufactory).
- In 2017, the prize brothers were made of bronze alloy in the foundry of the sculptor Sergei Serezhin. Each bowl weighs 16 kilograms.
Personal brothers. Since 2006, they have been awarded to especially distinguished participants of the Bratina social movement for their outstanding contribution to the development of the festival and fidelity to the ideals of the television fraternity, as well as to the winners in professional skills contests: “Lens” (operator’s contest), “Nonlinear” (editing contest) and “ You are on the air ”(TV presenter contest).
Bronze figurine "Gavrilych". A special prize that has been awarded since 2016 to the most active participant in the festival movement. The figurine is a miniature figure of Alexander Gavrilovich Novikov - the ideological inspirer of the open festival of television companies in the Moscow region "Bratina", his vice president, coordinator of the social movement "Bratina" (sculptor - Honored Artist of Russia Yuri Khmelevskaya).

Festival History
The first Bratina festival was held in Sergiev Posad from October 22 to 24, 1997 at the Zvezda sanatorium and sanatorium of the eponymous electromechanical plant. It was attended by 16 television companies of the Moscow region.
Since 1999 , the Ministry of Press and Information of the Government of the Moscow Region has been among the organizers of the festival (since 2012, the Main Directorate for Information Policy of the Moscow Region). The festival "Bratina" began to be held under the patronage of the governor of the Moscow region .
In 2001 , the festival officially received open status.
From 1997 to 2006 and from 2012 to 2015, the Bratina festival was held in the city of Sergiev Posad, Moscow Region.
Since 2007, the festival has traveled around Moscow. “Bratina” was held in the cities: Stupino (2007), Klin (2008), Podolsk (2009), Ivanteevka (2010), Moscow (2011), Domodedovo (2016), Dmitrov - Yakhroma (2017).
Since 2012, the jury of the festival has been headed by the Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation , director of the Mosfilm film concern, vice president of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio, vice president of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, deputy chairman of the UNESCO Foundation, academician of the Academy of Russian Literature, Honorary Academician of the Russian Academy Arts Alexander Borisovich Stefanovich .
