Biography
Early years
Born in the capital of Switzerland , Bern , in the family of a Libyan diplomat, an employee of the Libyan embassy [1] . He moved to Austria at the age of nine, and received an Austrian passport in March 2016 [2] .
Club career
A graduate of the academies of Austrian clubs. In the summer of 2011, Tajuri began to play for the second Austrian team in Vienna. After reaching adulthood, he signed a professional contract. In May 2013, the Vienna club announced the extension of the contract with Tajuri until the summer of 2015 [3] . In early 2014, Austria extended its contract until 2017 and leased it to the Raindorf Altach club until the end of the 2014/15 season [4] . Having scored 4 goals in 15 matches in the Erst League , Tajuri helped Altakh make it to the Bundesliga . His debut in the major Austrian league took place on August 13, 2014 in a match against the Admira Wacker Mödling club. In total, in the debut season in the Bundesliga, Ismael played in 28 matches, scoring 4 goals. In the summer of 2015, Tajuri, who returned to Austria, extended the contract until the summer of 2018, but in August he was leased to Altakh for another season with the option of redemption [5] . In the summer of 2016 he returned to Austria, and on July 17 made his debut for the Vienna club in the 2016/17 Austrian Cup first round match against the Dornbirn club, scoring his first goal in the 56th minute of the match in the form of his native team. He played for Austria over the next one and a half seasons, being the main player, scored 8 times in 49 championship matches.
January 12, 2018 Tajuri moved to the MLS club “ New York City ” [6] [7] . For the New York club debuted on March 4 in the match of the starting round of the season 2018 against Sporting Kansas City [8] . On March 17, in a duel against Orlando City , for the first time leaving the starting lineup, he scored his first goal for the club from the Bronx [9] .
International Career
In the summer of 2012, Tajuri played one match in the youth team of Libya , against peers from Morocco [10] .
