Biography
The worker is a turner for metal. Member of the Civil War. In 1918 he joined the RCP (b) .
In August 1929, he signed the so-called collective letter of Bill-Belotserkovsky to I.V. Stalin , accusing M.A. Bulgakov and the Moscow Art Theater of rejecting the Soviet worldview. In addition to the Bill itself, it was signed by such famous, distinguished figures of Soviet art as director E. Lyubimov-Lanskoy , playwright A. Glebov , director B. Reich , playwright and critic B. Wax , theater worker and critic A. Latsis , playwright Es-Habib Wafa, theater worker N. Semenov, critic E. Beskin and playwright P. Arsky [1] .
Member of the All -Russian Committee of Drama (All-Russian Society of Soviet playwrights and composers). He was one of the leaders of the Creative Association of Drummers and Playwrights (LABOR), created in January 1932 at the All -Russian Drama Theater (All-Russian Society of Soviet playwrights and composers) as a result of the call of drummers to literature.
He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow [2] .
Creativity
He began to engage in literary activities in 1926. The author of the plays “The Last Bet” (jointly with N. A. Petrashkevich; 1928, 4th Studio of the Moscow Art Theater ), is dedicated to the civil war in Russia. In 1930, at the Moscow Art Theater , F. Vagramov’s play “Rise” was performed, telling about Soviet pilots. In 1933 he wrote the play “Birthmark” (drama in 3 acts), then “The Apple of Discord” (1955, Rostov-on-Don Theater), “Familiar Places” (short story, 1940s), etc.
