Dr. Mahathir Mohamad , being the Prime Minister of Malaysia for the second time since May 10, 2018 [1] , formed the Cabinet of Ministers. The Cabinet consists of 10 key ministries [2] , representing members of the Pakatan Harapan Bloc, that is, the Malaysian Indigenous Peoples Organization (PPBM), the Peoples Justice Party (PCR), the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and the National Foundation Party (Aman). Mahathir suggested a “small office”, rather than having a “huge closet” [3] .
