History
during restoration
The mansion in Bolshoi Tolmachevsky Lane was built in 1807 for Lieutenant Ekaterina Sergeevna Lobkova. Since 1852, it belonged to the merchants of the Medyntsevs, since 1861, it belonged to the merchants of Losev.
Initially, the mansion was U-shaped in plan. In the 1850s, extensions were made from the courtyard. In the 1860s, the mezzanine was redone, where a loggia was equipped. At the beginning of the XXI century, the mansion was restored. Now it houses a representative office of the Altai Territory [3] .
Architecture
The house of E. S. Lobkova has two floors and a wooden mezzanine . The central part of the mansion is distinguished by a small risalit and a cannulated pilaster portico of the second floor, crowned with a frieze with metopes and triglyphs . Above it is the most expressive detail of the house - a deep loggia of the mezzanine, fenced with a thin metal grill. The ceiling of the loggia is visually supported by two stucco brackets . Molded decorations are placed above the windows of the second floor. To the left of the house is a pylon with a gate [4] .
