Description
The length of the river is 17 km, the catchment area is 110 km² [2] . It flows in the northeast of the Spassky district through an open, sparsely populated lowland [3] .
It originates in the Yambukhtinsky ravine near the southern outskirts of the village of Yambukhtino . It flows through the village to the north-north-west and flows into Aktai at the upper edge of the village of Vozhi [4] . At low water, the river partially dries up [3] .
The main tributaries flow to the right. At the mouth of the river crosses the highway Alekseevskoe - Bolgar .
The village also contains the village of Tanino [5] . The total population in the basin is 453 people (2017).
Water registry data
According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Lower Volga Basin District , the water sector of the river is the Kamsky section of the Kuibyshev reservoir from the mouth of the Kama to the town of Kamskoye Ustye without the Sheshma and Volga rivers. The river basin is the Volga from the upper Kuibyshev reservoir to the confluence with the Caspian .
