From 1937 to April 5, 1942 he occupied the post of Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Crimean ASSR . [2]
Since December 12, 1937, as one of the 15 delegates of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, he becomes a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the first convocation , and is a member of the Council of Nationalities. [3]
On July 21, 1938 he was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic from Simferopol . [one]
Soon after the start of World War II, valuable party workers and the entire leadership of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic were transported to the Caucasus [4]
