Biography
Yuri Samuilovich Grishkan was born on April 13, 1950 [1] .
He entered Rostov State University . The head of his thesis was L. S. Marochnik , topic - “On the theory of gravitational stability of the isotropic world” [3] .
Graduated from the Department of Space Physics of Rostov State University in 1973 [3] [1] .
In 1974, he began to work as a junior research fellow at the Research Institute of Biology of the Russian State University. He held this position until 1981. He taught at the physics department of the RSU. Among the taught disciplines are statistical physics , vector and tensor analysis , quantum mechanics , electrodynamics [1] .
In 1981, he took the position of researcher and senior researcher in the laboratory of the theory of fundamental interactions of the Department of Nuclear Physics Research Institute of Physics of Rostov State University [1] .
He defended his thesis “Quantum phenomena in a self-consistent gravitational field as a factor in cosmological evolution” in 1983. Defense took place at the Academic Council on Theoretical Physics at Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in Moscow . In 1993, he was promoted to senior researcher [1] .
Among the scientific achievements of Yuri Samuilovich Grishkan, the formulation of the scenario of the evolution of the Universe from Planck cosmological times to the era of radiation-dominated plasma, the study of the gravitational stability of the Friedmann cosmological model with the energy-momentum tensor of nonrelativistic molecular and atomic gases, and the creation of a number of quantum cosmological solutions [2] are highlighted .
Yuri Grishkan was a mentor [2] and supervisor [4] of Oksana Gomenyuk, a student at the Physics Department of Rostov State University, who, in her fifth year, became a scholarship holder of the RAS [2] .
The author of an article on the Nobel Prize in gravitational waves , written at the request of the Russian Academy of Sciences [5] .
