Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Dubna River, 20 km southwest from the center of the village of Krasnoye Flame and 30 km northwest of the city of Aleksandrov .
History
At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, the village was part of the Tiribrovsky volost of the Alexander district . In 1859 [2] there were 16 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 30 yards, in 1926 [4] - 40 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Berezinsky village council of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 1941 - as part of the Assumption-Mukhanovsky village council of the Struninsky district , since 1965 - as part of the Aleksandrovsky district , since 1969 - as part of the Iskrovsky village council , since 2005 - as part of the Krasnoplamensky rural settlement .
