History
In 1958, by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the village of Mordovskaya Bokla was renamed the village of Sovetskoye [2] . Until 1959, the district center of Aksakovsky (Mordovo-Boklinsky) district.

Famous residents
Nikolai Yakovlevich Tingaev - Soviet economic, state and political figure, chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Mordovian ASSR (August 1944 - January 1950) was born in 1907 in the village of Mordovskaya Bokla.
