Zhamantuz ( kaz. Zhamantuz ) is a bitter-salty lake in the Tayinshinsky district of North Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It belongs to the Ishim river basin. It is located 3 km southeast of the village of Roshchinskoye [1] .

The area is 29.6 km², length is 16.5 km, width is 6.4 km. Food with rain and soil. In the spring, it unites with the neighboring lake Kishkenesor. The shores are flat: the southern ones are clayey, the northern ones are steep. Covered with ice in November - April. The floodplain is used as hayfields, pasture [2] .
