History

In the winter of 2004–2005, the centralized heating system of the village was defrosted. The village decided not to restore. The Law of the Magadan Region of April 22, 2005 No. 591-ОЗ “On the List of the Settlements of the Magadan Region to be Resettlement and the Distribution of Funds for Resettlement Costs in 2005” p. Kolyma recognized as unpromising locality. Financing began resettlement residents. The next winter, another 250 people wintered in the village. In 2010, 27 inhabitants were counted (according to the census), in 2014 - 0.
