Lyulin, Evgeny Borisovich

Born on May 8, 1957 in the village of Yaloksha, Lyskovsky District, Gorky Region ^[4] .

In 1987 he graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Industrial Planning.
