Biography
He was born on April 24, 1920 in the city of Chardzhuy of the Bukhara Emirate (now the city of Turkmenabad of the Lebap province of Turkmenistan ).

In September 1943 - July 1944, the chief of the operational department of the 4th Army’s artillery headquarters and the chief of the artillery headquarters of the 111th rifle corps of the Volkhov Front, from July 1944 - the acting head of the artillery headquarters of the 54th Army of the 3rd Baltic Front.
In 1945-1950 - in the Main Directorate of the General Staff. In 1953-1954 - an officer in the department of the Main Artillery Directorate. Since 1954, in the Air Defense Forces, he was the chief of intelligence, the head of one of the divisions, the chief of staff of the Air Defense Army, from 1965, the commander of the air defense corps, and since 1968, the chief of staff of the Moscow Air Defense District.
