Wheelchair curling competitions at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver took place from March 13 to 20 at the Vancouver Olympic Center Arena. For the first time 10 national teams took part in the competitions, and not 8, as in previous tournaments. This sport was included in the Paralympics program for the second time.

For the first time, teams from Germany, the Republic of Korea and Japan took part in the tournament.
The winner of the tournament was (for the 2nd time in its history and for the 2nd time in a row) the Canadian team , the second place went to the national team of the Republic of Korea , the third to the national team of Sweden . [one]

- * Glenn Ikonen took part in all the games of the group stage, but before the playoff games he was disqualified for unauthorized use of the drug for blood pressure that is on the list of doping drugs; therefore, did not play in the playoffs and did not receive the Paralympics bronze medal, like the rest of the team.
Qualification (World Curling Federation rating)
The teams qualification for the 2010 Paralympic Games curling tournament was based on the results of their performances at the 2007 , 2008 and 2009 World Championships [2] . Points for places taken at the world championships were awarded in accordance with the table.

At the 2010 Paralympic Games, 9 teams qualified with the highest total points, and the 12th ticket was reserved for the Canadian team as the organizing country. Since the Canadian team was among the 9 teams with the highest points, the 10th ticket was given to the Japanese team as having the 10th points.
