Joy Annabelle Womack ( born Joy Annabelle Womack ; born , ) is a ballet dancer . Laureate of the International Youth America Gran Prix Competition, the Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition and the XIII Arabesque-2014 Open Ballet Competition [1] . From 2014 to 2017, she was a soloist with the Kremlin Ballet Theater [2] .

Biography
Joy Annabelle Womack was born on April 20 [3] 1994 in Beverly Hills , USA [1] . She has six brothers and two sisters [2] .
In 2000, she began to practice ballet at the West Side School in Los Angeles . In 2006-2009, she studied at the Kirov Ballet Academy in Washington . After graduation, she moved to Russia and entered the Moscow State Academy of Choreography . She graduated in 2012 with honors [1] . Her teacher was Elena Alexandrovna Bobrova [4] [5] .
After Anastasia Stevens [6] , she became the second American ballerina, who graduated from the choreographic school in Moscow and was accepted into the Bolshoi ballet troupe [3] . She also discussed the conditions for concluding a contract with the Mikhailovsky Theater in St. Petersburg , but in the end went to a viewing organized by Sergey Filin , artistic director of the Bolshoi Ballet [3] . She worked for a year at the Bolshoi Theater [2] .
December 31, 2012 she danced a solo part on the main stage of the Bolshoi Theater, performed the part of the Spanish doll in the ballet The Nutcracker by Pyotr Tchaikovsky . April 20, 2013 she danced in the corps de ballet in the play " Ivan the Terrible " [3] .
From 2014 to 2017, she worked at the Kremlin Ballet as a guest soloist. In June 2014, she became the leading soloist of this theater [1] . Since 2018, she has been the leading soloist of the South Korean Universal Ballet .
She became a laureate of the Youth America Gran Prix International Competition in Paris , a laureate of the Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition in Hong Kong and a laureate of the 13th Arabesque-2014 Open Ballet Competition in Perm [1] .
In the spring of 2014, she performed in Kazan in the ballet La Bayadere by Ludwig Minkus , in the performance of the Musa Jalil Theater. She played the role of Gamzatti [2] .
