Tatyana Kuzovleva (born November 10, 1939 , Moscow ) is a Russian poet, translator, and publicist. Member of the Union of Writers of the USSR (1966-1991), Union of Writers of Moscow (since 1992), editor-in-chief of the literary magazine Ring A (1993-2013), Secretary of the Union of Writers of Moscow [1] , member of the Russian PEN Center , editorial board of the journal " Youth ” [2] , the Russian-language weekly“ Panorama ”(Los Angeles, USA). Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation ( 1998 ).

Biography
Father - Kuzovlev Vitaliy Aleksandrovich, ( 1903 , Adrianovka Zabaykalskaya Railway Station - 1982 , Moscow ), engineer, teacher, author of a popular textbook on technical thermodynamics in the fifties (5 editions) [3] , reprinted in the German Democratic Republic [4] ] and Hungary [5] . A descendant of the noble family of the Kuzovlevs from the Tula province.
Mother - Kuzovleva Valentina Ivanovna ( 1909 , Vereya - 2002 , Moscow ) - drawing artist, poster artist. The daughter of the artist and restorer I.I. Tarasov, who knew Korovin, Perepletchikov, Grabar, in the restoration workshop of which I.I. Tarasov worked for several years.
The early childhood of Tatyana Kuzovleva was in the Soviet-Finnish and World War II. Active formation of personality fell on the Khrushchev thaw. After leaving school, she earned seniority for entering the institute as a student of a junior editor in a technical publishing house.
The first publications - from 1960 - appeared in the newspapers Komsomolskaya Pravda, Moskovsky Komsomolets, Literaturnaya Gazeta, in the magazines Yunost, Molodaya gvardiya, Oktyabr, and Smena. At the beginning of her career she was supported by poets Mikhail Svetlov and Boris Slutsky .

Studied at the History Department of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute (Department of History in English, 1964-1967), graduated from the Higher Literary Courses at the A.M. Literary Institute Gorky (1971).
Subsequently, poems were published in the New World , Banner , Friendship of Peoples , in newspapers and magazines in many countries.
She translated poems of national poets of the USSR, including Kazakh poetry - Marfugi Aitkhodhina [7] and Akushtap Baktygereyeva , the young Nogai poetess Kadria Temirbulatova [8] , who died tragically at the age of thirty, as well as several books by the Tajik poetess Gulrukhsor Safieva [9] .
Since the late 80s has been a consistent supporter of the country's renewal. In 1989, she joined April, an all-union association of writers in support of perestroika . During these years, she openly spoke with her position in the press (“Comrade, Believe!”, Literary Russia, 1988), at public meetings (“Courage of the writer”, plenum of the USSR Writers Union, 1989; “Word and Conscience”, collection “April”, 1989) and at a meeting of Moscow writers with President B.N. Yeltsin in August 1993 [10] .
In 1993, she signed the “Letter of Forty-Two . ”
In the same 1993, organized together with her husband, poet Vladimir Savelyev , the literary magazine Ring “A” as an organ of the Moscow Union of Writers [11] . Since the release of the first issue for 20 years she has been the editor-in-chief of the magazine. His twentieth birthday was marked by the release in 2013 of the one-volume edition “With All the Stops”, which included works of prose, poetry, journalism, science fiction, humor, selected from more than ninety issues, as well as the best lines of young winners of the Rimma Kazakova Prize “The Beginning” [12] . It is rare that I am 100% sure of a young poet. But then I read Kuzovleva’s poems, and her unfamiliar name immediately became close to me. Usually, after reading the manuscript, I return it to the young author, citing the fact that there is not enough space on my bookshelves. But today I will ask Kuzovlev to leave me a notebook of her poems so that I can please their comrades with them. Deep thought and real feelings are what attract me in Tatyana’s verses.
