Biography
Born on August 16, 1887 in Moscow. In 1906 he entered the Faculty of History and Philology of Moscow State University , which he graduated in 1911 and continued his education further in several European countries. He owned six languages at once, therefore he could work in any country of the world controlled by these languages. In 1919 he was hired by the People’s Commissariat of Communications and worked in various positions. Since 1928 began to engage in bibliographic activities and worked in various institutions.
He died on July 1, 1966 in Moscow.
Scientific Works
The main scientific works are devoted to historical and foreign bibliography. He is the author of over 70 scientific papers, some of which were translated into a foreign language [1] , but he wrote many more scientific works, but for some reason they were not published.
