Tsiemupe ( Latvian. Ciemupe ) is a settlement in the Ogre Territory of Latvia . It is part of the Ogresgal parish . It is located on the right bank of the Daugava at the A6 road. Ogre is 4 km away.

According to the data for 2018, 1044 people lived in the settlement [1] . There is a people's house, a library [2] , a cafe “Dakota” [3] , a car-care center, several small companies, a Ziemupe platform on the Riga-Krustpils railway line.
History
In Soviet times, the town was part of the Ogresgalsky village council of the Ogre district . The central estate of the Kopdarbs collective farm was located in the village [4] .
