Biography
The son of Lieutenant General Sergey Sergeyevich Vsevolozhsky.
He graduated from the Polotsk Cadet Corps (1891) and the 2nd Military Konstantinovsky School (1893) [1] , from where he was released as second lieutenant to the 10th Grenadier Little Russian Regiment .
He was later transferred to the Life Guards Lithuanian Regiment . He was promoted to lieutenant on December 6, 1897 [2] , to staff captains on December 6, 1901 [3] , and to captains on December 6, 1905 [4] . May 27, 1909 was transferred to the 8th Finland Rifle Regiment Lieutenant Colonel [5] .
October 5, 1913 promoted to colonel with the transfer to the 6th Finland Rifle Regiment [6] , with which he entered the First World War . Granted by St. George's Arms

On September 30, 1916 he was appointed commander of the Life Guards 2nd Tsarskoye Selo Rifle Regiment , and on December 6 of the same year he was promoted to Major General “ for distinction in service ”, with approval in office. In 1917, he commanded the brigade of the Guards Rifle Division .
In the Civil War he participated in the White Movement as part of the Volunteer Army . From November 25, 1918 - in the Kiev center of the Volunteer Army, from October 10 of the same year - in the reserve of ranks at the headquarters of the Commander-in-Chief. He died.
