Left Rzhavka - a small river in Zelenograd , the left tributary of the Rust . The name is found in geological studies of the Moscow region since the 1990s [1] [2] .

The length of the river is 2-3 km, with a constant flow in the lower reaches - 200 meters [1] . The source is located in a forest two kilometers northeast of the Leningrad highway . A watercourse crosses the highway and flows 600 meters along the eastern border of Zelenograd. Then it enters the city and after 150 meters it flows into the Rust [2] .
A hundred meters from the mouth of the Left Rust is a spring , which is recognized as a natural monument of regional significance [3] .
