Biography
Born November 22, 1882 in Undory. He studied at the Kazan State University , St. Petersburg State University , as well as at the Psychoneurological Institute in St. Petersburg. He was directly involved in editing the bibliographic works of his teachers, as well as being in charge of the department of bibliographic chronicles in the journal Russian Bibliophile , and he was also the editorial secretary. In 1916, he was hired by the Pushkin House and worked until 1918, in 1918 he was elected director of the Central Central Bank of the Russian Federation , during which he formed and expanded its funds and created a theater museum at this library. In 1920, he was hired by the RCP and immediately became the head of the revenue department of publications from the regions of the RSFSR .
He died suddenly on October 4, 1923 in Petrograd.
