Bonifazio (d. July / December 953) - Margrave and Duke of Spoleto from 945. Count of Bologna (his descendants ruled in Bologna until the middle of the XII century).
Born in 900/905. Liutprand of Cremona and the Chronicle of Alberic de Trois-Fontaine are called the father of Boniface Huckbald, Count in Bologna and Romagna, mentioned in the document of 893.
Numbered as Boniface II. There is no historical information about Boniface I, who was allegedly the Duke of Spoleto in 923–928.

Advisor (consiliarius) to Rudolph I , King of Upper Burgundy.
Between 921 and July 17, 923 married Waldrad, daughter of the aforementioned Rudolph I (at that time Boniface had the title of Count). Three of their children are known:
- Theobaldo (923/925 - 957/961), Margrave and Duke of Spoleto, ancestor of the Counts of Bologna
- Villa, wife of Ubert , Margrave of Tuscany
- Everard, Bishop of Arezzo, mentioned 979
