Biography
In 1913 he graduated from the Tomsk Technological Institute (engineering and construction department) [1] .
In Omsk, he worked in the management of the railway, where he participated in the construction of the building of the management of the Omsk railway [1] .
In 1919-1920 he managed the work on the guidance of the ice crossing over the Irtysh . Supervised the restoration of the railway bridge, which the Kolchak army blew up during the retreat [1] .
In 1925–1931, he worked as an engineer at Sibgostoy in Novosibirsk , where he was engaged in the design and construction of a number of public and residential buildings ( Lenin House , etc.) [1] .
In 1925, Zagrivko created the first (draft) draft plan for Novosibirsk [1] .
He was one of the supporters of the building of the OMH building ( Krasny Prospect, 25 ), indented from Krasny Prospect, since he believed that there should be parking in front of the building. Due to this, the modern look of Lenin Square was formed in Novosibirsk [2] .
Took part in the construction of such facilities as the Turkestan-Siberian Railway, Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant (Magnitogorsk), Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant, high-rise building of Lomonosov Moscow State University [1] .
