Biography
Born August 24, 1906 in Perm . From September 1922 to May 1925 he studied at the Naval Preparatory School, and from May 1925 to May 1928 - at the MV Frunze Naval School. . Member of the CPSU (b) in 1926-1934 He served on the cruiser Aurora (May 1928 - April 1930). In 1930 he was convicted by the Military Tribunal for non-performance of official duties and sentenced to imprisonment, was also expelled from the party. The punishment was replaced by forced labor, released early in 1931. In 1933, he was convicted, he was called up for retraining, reinstated in the Navy and the party cadres [1] .
