During his life in England, he participated in a number of international competitions, the most significant of which was the two-round London tournament in 1927. The party, which he lost to A. I. Nimtsovich in this tournament, later entered the book “My System in Practice” (in the book Goldstein called Goldstein). [one]
After moving to Australia, he repeatedly participated in the championships of Australia and New Zealand, as well as the championships of the state of New South Wales . As part of the Australian national team, he participated in radio matches with France, Great Britain and Canada.
