Biography
Born in 1904 in Baku. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928.
Since 1926 - in economic, public and political work. In 1926 - 1954 - at party and Soviet work in the Transcaucasian SFSR and the Azerbaijan SSR, Secretary of the Baku City Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan for Personnel, Vice Consul of the USSR Consulate General in Tabriz (Iran), third secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan, to the Central Committee of the Communist Party ( b) Azerbaijan.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd and 3rd convocations.
He died after 1954.
