Mirza Mamed oglu Zeynalov ( Azer. Mirzə Məmməd oğlu Zeynalov ; born on December 5, 1925 , Baku ) is a Soviet Azerbaijani driver, laureate of the USSR State Prize (1983). Honored Transport Worker of the Azerbaijan SSR (1978).

Biography
Born on December 5, 1925 in Baku, the capital of the Azerbaijan SSR.
He began his career in 1946. Since 1956 - the driver, since 1967 - the foreman of drivers of cars of the Baku motorcade No. 2704 of the Baku Production Motor Transport Association.
Mirza Zeynalov skillfully showed himself at work, achieved high results. The secret of Zeynalov’s success was the study of the properties of his car, but a significant role was also played by the fact that the driver came to work always ahead of time. Zeynalov continued the work of Hero of Socialist Labor Zahid Mamishev, having mastered the driving of a train with two trailers, after which another 13 convoy drivers took the initiative. The machine of Mirza Zeynalov went without overhaul for 10 years, thanks to which the state saved thousands of rubles. The driver proposed a new time saving technique for loading and unloading three-ton transformers from the transformer plant to the railway station. The Plan of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Mirza Zeynalov completed in 3 years and 6 months.
By decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR of November 7, 1983 , Zeynalov Mirza Mamed oglu was awarded the USSR State Prize for his great personal contribution to increasing the efficiency of using motor and railway transport.
He actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1944 .
