Geography
The village is located 3 km north of the center of the village of Gorka and 14 km north of the district center of Kirzhach , Belkovo railway station on the Aleksandrov - Ivanovo line . The station is named after the village of Belkovo , located 1.5 km from the village.
History
The village arose at the railway station at the beginning of the 20th century and was part of the Makhrinsky volost of the Alexander district , since 1926 - as part of the Kirzhach volost . In 1905 [2] in the village there were 2 yards, in 1926 [3] - 14 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Belkovsky village council of the Kirzhach region , since 1971 - as part of the Ilkinskogo village council , since 2005 - as part of the Gorkinsky rural settlement .
