Birch ( Ukr. Birch ) - the left tributary of the river Lozh , flowing through the Borznyansky district ( Chernihiv region , Ukraine ).

Geography
The length is 15 km [1] . The river bed (water mark) in the lower reaches (north of the village of Linevka, at the confluence of the Doch tributary) is at an altitude of 113.6 m above sea level.
The channel is straightened into the channel (canalized), 10 m wide and 1.2 m deep (in the upper reaches 10 m and 3 m, respectively). In the upper reaches, a network of channels has been created to which single channels are connected.
The river originates north of the village of Zhdanov ( Borznyansky district ). The river flows to the west, then to the northeast, in the lower reaches to the northwest. It falls into Lies northeast of the village of Hovmy ( Borznyansky district ).
The floodplain in the estuary is occupied by wetlands with meadows, shrubs, and forests (forest belts). Through the forest flows in the middle reaches.
