Biography
Born on August 4, 1926, the son of the poet Stepan Petrovich Schipachev . Like most Soviet schoolchildren, he was a member of a children's pioneer organization .
As a child, he played Timur in the film Timur and His Team (1940) and Timur ’s Oath (1942), but did not engage in further acting activities.
The success of the film is, above all, the success of the hero, who expressed the most important social aspirations of children. And although in the on-screen embodiment of the image one can note the stiffness of the performer’s game (L. Schipachev), this could not, as time proved, reduce the “infectiousness” of the character of the hero.

Interesting fact.
Sculptor Dmitry Tugarinov created a sculptural portrait “Livy Schipachev - the last pioneer”, and the occasion was when Livy Schipachev, in the absence of money, gave the saleswoman a collection of dinars for a bottle of vodka. [eight]
