Biography

He entered the service in 1855 , a participant in the Crimean War . In 1861, after graduating from the Moscow 1st Cadet Corps, he was promoted to second lieutenant . In 1863 he was promoted to lieutenant . Member of the Polish company . In 1864 he was promoted to headquarters captain . In 1864 he was promoted to captain.

In 1870, after graduating from the Alexander Military Law Academy , he was promoted to lieutenant colonel of the military judicial department in the 1st category. In 1871 he was promoted to colonel with the appointment of a military judge of the Military District Court of the Odessa Military District [2] [3] . In 1882 he was promoted to major general . Since 1886 he was appointed chairman of the Military District Court of the Caucasian Military District . In 1892 he was promoted to lieutenant general .

Since 1894 he was appointed a permanent member of the Main Military Court of the Russian Empire . In 1903 he was promoted to general from infantry .
