Representatives of taipa engenoy are widely dispersed on the plane of Chechnya [3] . Chechen local lore researcher, teacher and people's poet A.S.Suleymanov recorded representatives of taip in the following settlements: Berdakel [4] , Serzhen-Yurt [5] , Shali [6] , Argun [7] , Galayta [8] , Engel-Yurt [9] , Gudermes [10] , Kadi-Yurt [11] , Bratskoye [12] , Guards [13] , Beno-Yurt [14] , Znamenskoye [15] , Upper Naur [16] , Nadterechnoye [17] ] , Meken-Yurt [18] , Mineral [19] , Ken-Yurt [20] , Tolstoy-Yurt [21] , Terskoye [22] , Grebenskaya [23] , Starogladkovskaya [24] , Dubovskaya [25] . In 1989, after a devastating landslide phenomenon in the village of Engenoy Nozhai-Yurt district of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, a village was established in Gudermes district. Toponyms
A. S. Suleymanov in his book “Toponymy of Chechnya” noted the following microtopony names associated with the taipa name: in the north-east of the village of Serzhen-Yurt there is a tract called Enganoyn mohk (Enganoy mohk) “Land of the Engenoys” [26] . He also reports on the existence of the Enganoyn Tatol (Enganoyn Tatol) “Enganoytsev (irrigation) channel” channel near Ishkhoy-Yurt.
