Vitaliy Vitalievich Lapa (born June 21, 1951, Grodno Region) is a Belarusian scientist-agrochemist. Born in the village of Sugaki, Volkovysk district, Grodno region. He graduated from the Grodno Agricultural Institute (1972). In 1973 he entered the graduate school of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, where then from 1976 (7?)
