Lapa, Vitaliy Vitalievich

Vitaliy Vitalievich Lapa (born June 21, 1951, Grodno Region) is a Belarusian scientist-agrochemist. Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (2014), Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (1995), Professor (1997). Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus (2002). Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus (2011).

Born in the village of Sugaki, Volkovysk district, Grodno region. He graduated from the Grodno Agricultural Institute (1972). In 1973 he entered the graduate school of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, where then from 1976 (7?) He was a junior, since 1980 a senior researcher and went all the way to the director (since 2006), his deputy for scientific work since 1989. , Head of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Laboratory. Member of the Belarusian Society of Soil Scientists. Member of the Editorial Board of the journal "Agriculture" [1] .

The author of more than 580 scientific papers, 8 monographs.

He was awarded the Order of Francis Scarina (2002). Certificate of Merit of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (2016).
