Biography
Anti-Maidan coordination charges
Several months have passed since the launch of the 112 Ukraine TV channel ( Ukrainian: 112 Ukraine ) on November 26, 2013, and until the date of the press conference [1] on April 3, 2014, devoted to the results of the preliminary investigation of the killings during the protests when the public first learned [2] the name of Viktor Zubritsky from the lips of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov [3] , he reported [4] that the activities of the provocateurs who acted during the confrontations in Kiev were directly related to the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Vitaliy Zakharchenko, rukovo Viktor Zubritsky, the owner of a certain media holding “Contact”, and Alexei Chebotarev, a shadow businessman.
Viktor Zubritsky was accused of coordinating the activities of all groups, starting from Antimaydan and ending with those groups that operated in the area of Mikhailovsky Square, Mariinsky Park, Krepostny Lane “in the most critical moments of 19-20,” as well as in the previous two months. Also, it was Viktor Zubritsky, according to Avakov, who prepared defamatory materials and “temniks” for the media. According to the Minister of Internal Affairs, "in this context, Zubritsky’s connection with the well-known gentlemen in media circles from different channels is noteworthy." [one]
In April 2014, a series of media began a series of publications [5] on the ownership structure [6] of 112 Ukraine TV channel. Whether this interest was related to the popularity growth in the rating of the channel itself or not, however, already in 2015 the channel took the first place among the Ukrainian information channels, leaving Channel 5 and “ 24 ” behind. Onishchenko Films
At the end of 2016, People’s Deputy Onishchenko Alexander Romanovich began to publish data on corruption in the top leadership of Ukraine. On December 15, a text with a video fragment from Onishchenko appeared on the Observer website. The material was entitled “As a“ political emigrant “Onishchenko is being instructed by the FSB” [8] . The publication claims that the people's deputy undergoes a “briefing with two unknowns,” one of which speaks with a pronounced Ukrainian accent. From the context of the article, we can conclude that the conversation was recorded in Moscow, and the “instructors” were employees of the Russian special services. The instructor turned out to be the famous television manager, founder of the 112 channel, Viktor Zubritsky [9] .
Litigation
On June 4, 2014, the Pechersky District Court of Kiev invalidated the information circulated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov about the head of Contact media holding Viktor Zubritsky, and ordered the head of the department to refute the corresponding statement [10] .
Accusations of Ilya Yashin
In December 2016, one of the leaders of the Solidarity movement, Russian Ilya Yashin, published an analytical review of the Kremlin’s Hybrid Aggression [11] , in which, citing its sources, Viktor Zubritsky, a former creative producer of 112 Ukraine Channel, participated in order of the Kremlin in the operation to discredit the Ukrainian authorities with the help of the scandal surrounding the so-called “Onishchenko films” [12] .

The Union of Ukrainian Bloggers

Andrey Podschipkov
In an interview with Lyudmila Ksenz to the Strana.ua online edition, Viktor Zubritsky said that against the 112 Ukraine channel ( Ukrainian: 112 Ukraine ) a raider attack could be possible, in which Andrei Podshchipkov, a former top manager of the channel, could be involved.
