Psiche ( fr. Psyche ) - a special rectangular or oval mirror for dressing rooms , pivotally fixed between two racks. Psichet was installed on a dressing or under-mirror table or on a console , independently, as a dressing table . The hinge allows you to change the angle of inclination of the mirror and see yourself in it from different angles [1] . The psihe mirror appeared in the era of the Empire , and in the 20th century it was especially popular in the 1940-1950s.
