Biography
He began his career in 1942 as a mechanic at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works.
In 1948 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute .
In 1948-1955, during engineering and technical work at the Petrovsky Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant.
In 1955-1958, he was the head of the section rolling shop, the head of the blooming shop at the Lenin Kryvyi Rih Metallurgical Plant. In 1958-1962 - chief technologist - deputy chief engineer of Krivorozhstal.
In 1963-1967 - Director of the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant named after Grigory Ivanovich Petrovsky .
In 1967-1970 - Director of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant .
In 1970-1978 - Deputy Minister of Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR.
In 1978-1991 - head of the department of metallurgy and geology of the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
Since 1991 - head of the representative office of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant in Moscow.
Since 1999, retired. He died in the city of Moscow on December 18, 2016.
